Shipping Locations

We currently ship across most PIN codes in India. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are handled on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 2–4 working days
• Other areas: 3–7 working days

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping for prepaid orders above ₹499
• ₹50 shipping fee for orders below ₹499
• Additional ₹30 for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.

We use trusted logistics partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post for reliable delivery.

Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, festivals, strikes, or courier issues. We always aim for timely delivery and will assist if delays occur.

Refund & Return Policy

Refund Policy

If a refund is approved by ACINOM RETAIL TRADERS LLP, the refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 5–7 business days.

Return Policy

We do not offer any returns.

Replacements & Damaged Deliveries

Replacements or exchanges due to damaged product deliveries will be processed within 3–5 business days.
